Role Overview
As the Human Resources & Admin Coordinator, you will support both HR and administrative functions. Your role will be crucial in maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes, and ensuring smooth day‑to-day office operations. You’ll act as a bridge between leadership and employees while helping to build and sustain a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.

  • Assist with recruitment: post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding.

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and employment documentation.

  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries on leave, health plans, and policies.

  • Organize and maintain office operations: procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination.

  • Coordinate staff events, training sessions, and internal communications.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Generate reports on HR metrics (turnover, headcount, leave) and support HR projects.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

  • Strong understanding of HRIS or employee data systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents.

  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience using HR software or HRIS systems.

  • Prior experience in event planning or employee engagement.

  • Familiarity with performance management processes.

  • Proactive problem-solving and project coordination skills.
